TERMS OF SERVICE

All reference to the ‘BOX’, 'D13' or 'GYM' refers to DISTRICT 13 Gym, its staff, employees, sub contractors, agents and representatives.
'FACILITIES' refer to the gymnasium, showers, changing rooms and any equipment where applicable. ‘MEMBERS’ refers to participants in all of the gym / box’s classes, sessions, drop-ins and activities. Members of the Box are bound, as a condition of membership, and will have to comply with the terms listed below. |
MEMBERSHIP

By purchasing credits to the Box, members automatically agree to be bound to the terms of a valid DISTRICT 13 membership.
Credits are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Credit packs of 10 and more include Complimentary Credits for selected Open Gym sessions. Selected Open Gym classes may change in the schedule without prior notice. |
All bookings / sessions / drop-ins must be booked in advance via Glofox App. Please download Glofox App from Google Play / Apple App Store. Walk-ins / Drop-ins without Glofox registration will not be permitted.

CLASS BOOKINGS

In order for the coached classes to run smoothly and efficiently, every member is required to be prompt and punctual. The Box has a strict time management policy. Members will be refused entry to a coached class if they are more than 10 minutes late. No refund of credit will be issued.
All members are required to arrive 10 mins prior to registered coached class start time, in order to complete registration, do a temperature check, sanitise and start a pre-class prep or warm ups. If you are feeling unwell or are showing symptoms of any health conditions, you will be denied entry into the gym and will be encouraged to seek immediate medical treatment. All members must adhere to Malaysia's Covid-19 Movement Control SOP. Members will have up to 8 hours before the start of a booked session / class to make a cancelation. Credits will not be deducted thereafter. Failure to cancel or amend the booking within that time frame, members will be deemed a "No Show" (Failure to Show Up) and their credits will be deducted as per indicated. Members are only permitted to complete their workout in the booked allocated zone for the booked allocated time. |
Coached classes require 3 or more members to proceed. If less than 3 members, the class / session will be changed to an Open Gym slot.
Maximum capacity for each coached classes are listed below: Aerobic Conditioning - 8 max Functional Strength - 8 max Mixed Modal - 8 max Olympic Weightlifting - 6 max Open Gym - 12 max Primal Express - 6 max It is the management and all D13 members responsibility to use and return all gym equipment in their allocated area or zones. Please keep the gym in a tidy and orderly state. In the event of faulty / damaged gym equipment or facilities or injury please notify our D13 staff immediately. All D13 members are expected to look after one another. Please be considerate and supportive of the other fellow D13 members. |
GENERAL

D13 is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telecommunication network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or telecommunication networks.
D13 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel classes in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned, technically interfered, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of D13, despite the best efforts of D13. |
D13 management and staff reserve the right to refuse entry, dismiss and/or terminate memberships. In the event of any dispute, all decisions made by The Management of D13 will be final and no correspondence will be entertained thereafter.
